정신질환에 중요한 신경전달물질

1. 조현병
- 신경전달물질: 도파민
- 기능: 동기부여, 활동, 판단
- 장애: 과다 시 뇌의 혼란.
저하 시 무기력증, 행동저하.

*  DOPAMINE(pleasur): feelings of pleasure, also addiction, movement(판단) and motivation.

people repeat behaviors that lead to depamine release. * 고위판단기능

 

2. 우울증
- 신경전달물질: 세로토닌
- 기능: 긴장감소, 집중력 강화
- 장애: 증가 시 기분좋음, 사랑
부족 시 기운저하, 의욕저하 우울한 기분

* SEROTONIN(mood): contributes to well-being and happiness. Helps sleep cycle and

digestive system regulation. Affected by exercise and light exposure.

 

3. 조울병(양극성정독장애)
- 신경전달물질: 여러가지 신경물질로 명확한 연구 결과 없음.

 

* 기타 신결전달물질들의 역할

1. ADRENALINE(fight or fligt)
produced in stressful situations. Increases heart rate and blood flow. leading to physical boost and heightened awareness.

 

2.GABA(calming) * 불안을 누름
Calms firing nervers in the central nervous system. High levels improve focus. low levels cause anxiety. also contribute to motor control and vision.

 

3.NORADRENALINE(concentraion)
affect attention and responding actions in the brain. Contracts blood vessels, increasing blood flow.

4. ACETYLCHOLINE(learning)
Involved in thought. learning and memory. Activates muscle actiong in the body. also associated with attention and awakening.

5. GLUTAMATE(memory)
Most common neurotransmitter. Involved in learning and memory. regulated development and creation of nerve contacts.


 

6. ENDORPHINS(euphoria)
Released during exersice. excitement and sex. producing well-being and euphoris, reducing pain
